DescriptionResponsibilities:Responsible for performing process activities in the process section (Division, Function, Country).Executes assigned tasks on time to ensure efficient service delivery; addresses open issues independently and supports resolution; identifies areas for improvement and recommends improvement solutions in the activity areas.Ensures application of process standards and procedures.Collaborates with the process specialist and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned activities.Recommends changes to process standards and procedures to improve the timely performance of process activities.Contributes to ensuring service delivery of the team is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs.Coordinates and follows up with various internal and external stakeholders; supports the Process Specialist in any additional activities as required.Knowledge in Accounting.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration.Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling; experience in a servicedelivery model environment.Robust process understanding from both content and technical (IT) perspectives.Good understanding of business setup and interconnections.Ability to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels.Good communication skills.Good problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as proven ability to prioritize tasks.Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives, focus on details, and possess strong analytical skills.Detail-oriented and structured.Technical skills.Strong MS Office skills.Proficient in IT systems: ERP (SAP desirable), Planning & Reporting tools, and integrated solutions.Understanding of end-to-end processes, systems, and data flows across the organization from both business and finance perspectives.Language skills: Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
