We set the course for technological change and are a highly capable, experienced partner for the automotive industry.The role will be responsible to manage and lead plant controlling activities by performing the following duties personally or through the controlling team:- Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.- Directs preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals, and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification.- Investment calculation- Long Term Cost Simulations- Monthly Business Reports, Current Forecasts, Business Plan- Provides management with timely reviews of organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.- Advises management on desirable operational adjustments based on analysis of actual cost performance data, or tax code revisions.- Coaching of controlling employees to develop them to next level**Qualifications**- 7+ years' experience within accounting, finance, plant controlling experience including ERP CO Module- 3+ years' experience in Automotive Supply Chain Management, managing teams- Experience with SAP system- Language: English (min level B2)- Manage diverse entity legals**Additional Information** Conoce más sobre cómo trabajamos en Bosch y las nuevas vacantes en nuestras redes sociales**:- Facebook: Bosch Talento México- Instagram: Bosch Campus México- LinkedIn: Bosch México
