**Descripción del empleo** Local HSE Coordinator**:
Coordinate and administrate all health, safety and environmental programs in Robert Bosch México site based on Bosch and Mexican regulations to ensure an effective achievement of all related key performance indicators.
**Local Site Security Coordinator**:
Coordinate and administrate all security and loss prevention programs in Robert Bosch México site related to internal and external requirements to ensure an effective deployment of all security key performance indicators.
**Local HSE Coordinator**:
- Check periodically the legal compliance to avoid deviations with the authorities.
- Organize and deploy the emergency response to ensure the business continuity in case of emergency.
- Elaborate and sustain the compliance with AUTOGESTION, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO50001 management systems.
- Develop and organize HSE programs and initiatives to improve site(s) performance, including periodical audits.
- Develop and coordinate EHS trainings and guidance to all associates of the location(s).
- Improve the efficiency in the environmental and Occupational safety goals.
**Local Site Security Coordinator**:
- Define, evaluate and analyze all potential risks related to the business unit in order to implement the appropriate countermeasures and reduce impact to the organization. Risk Management.
- Develop and implement the Site Risk Evaluation, Security Self-Assessment and Site Security Concept for the site(s) under its responsibility based on the CD 5200 methodology.
- Execute periodical audits, spot checks and Security-Self-Assessments (SSA) for the site under its responsibility and follow-up to close the resulting action plan.
- Ensure compliance from the security perspective of CD 5210
- Implement suitable countermeasures to protect Bosch employees against threats on their daily job activities.
- Administration of physical security that includes external guard service, security systems, etc.

**Requisitos** Minimum education level**: Bachelor's degree / Chemical Engineering, industrial engineering / environmental, health and safety engineering or similar.
**Post graduate degree**:Environmental, health and safety masters, certified or specialist in the topic. Certified Protection Officer by IFPO or similar
**Advanced English skills**
Strong knowledge about ISO 14001, 45001
Security systems experience (CCTV, fire system, access control, etc.)
