The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical:Based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.Security Officer**Job Description**:"Supervise Programs, develops, and administers security procedures for classified and proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Prepares manuals outlining regulations and establishes procedures for handling restricted records. Responsible for personnel and visitor clearance in accordance with company policy and procedures. Performs investigations relating to security violations and prepares reports. Supervise and coordinate activities of security personnel, patrol cars, and closed:Circuit TV. Oversees compliance with clearly established labor and manufacturing procedures. Assignments are to sustain existing protocols. Administers and executes policies and procedures that typically affect individual subordinate employees. Ensures that employees maintain ongoing operations by direct observation and log reviews. Directs daily activities of employees/guards to perform/execute duties as needed. Meets discrete goals (e.G. production targets) within constricted time frames. Reports any deviations immediately to obtain advice on how to proceed. Errors result in minor delays. Liaison with other departments at same level.
