HWB is hiring a SALES COORDINATOR for our Senior Care Manager. Under direct supervision, provides support within the sales department with primary responsibility for answering phones, updating CRM with appropriate patient information, and conducting outreach calls on behalf of the Senior Care Manager.

We are looking for a resourceful, team player who can prioritize well, empathize with our patients, and take initiative to provide exceptional customer service. We'd love someone with experience working in the healthcare or service industry but will train any meticulous, fast learner whose culture vibes well with our existing team. We value positivity, autonomy, and adaptability with an emphasis on communication, problem-solving skills, and a sense of humor.

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Actively following up with patients/customers
- Working with internal teams to answer potential customers' questions and sending additional information
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets
- All other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Great organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Multi-task on different projects
- Pay close attention to details
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Very good writing skills
- Comfortable working with customer relationship management software
- Positive "can-do" attitude towards both work, colleagues, and clients
- Warm and friendly personality
- Bonus: Has customer service or medical tourism experience and familiar with Salesforce
