.**Position**: Coordinator, Academic Records**Reports to**: Associate Vice President, Academic Records**Department**:WS Higher Ed, Academic Affairs and Records**Location**:Merida**Overview****The Coordinator, Academic Records is a member of the Academic Records team and, by extension, part of the WorldStrides Higher Education team. The Coordinator's responsibilities are essential to the organization's internal and external academic accountability. The Coordinator's work is time-sensitive, requires excellent attention to detail, and is driven by deadlines. As a member of the Academic Records Team, the Coordinator contributes to ongoing work in addition to project-based work.****Primary Job Responsibilities**:- Assist with the processing of students' academic transcripts earned during their time abroad- Serve as point of contact for ISA participants and home universities with academic record inquiries- Handle all tasks related to the processing of Additional Transcript Requests for ISA, TEAN and ISA High School alumni- Liaise between program participants, home universities, and universities abroadwith ISA/TEAN academic records matters- Serve as point of contact for transcript/grade-related inquiries for ISA and TEAN employees abroad and in the U.S.- Assist with domestic shipping requests as needed by other departments- Update home university transcript contact directory, as necessary- Assist students with grade appeal requests and academic grievances- Participate in ongoing review and improvement of policies and protocols related to ISA/TEAN Academic Records- Assist the Academic Affairs and Academic Records departments in other areas, including: maintain relevant sections of ISA/TEAN websites; back-end course entry; content entry for Advisor's Portal- Take on additional tasks and projects as needed by the department**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree- Superior attention to detail and deadline driven- Microsoft suite proficiency- Adept in technologies (database, Excel, Access)- Ability to manipulate information quickly and concisely- Excellent English written and oral communication skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively- Demonstrated excellence in efficiency and organization- Flexibility and understanding for shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment- Ability to effectively plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload**Requirements**:**Position**: Coordinator, Academic Records**Reports to**: Associate Vice President, Academic Records**Department**:WS Higher Ed, Academic Affairs and Records**Location**:Merida**Overview****The Coordinator, Academic Records is a member of the Academic Records team and, by extension, part of the WorldStrides Higher Education team.
