**Job overview at a glance**
ELEVATE is looking for an Assessment Coordinator to support scheduling of related projects. The coordinator will work closely with our Administrative Supervisor to schedule audits with our clients and facilities.
**Requirements**:
- Support daily practices of coordinators such as entering the jobs into Aruvio and daily communcation with our clients
- Supporting coordination team with related projects
- Scheduling audits for our programs
- Coordinate with facilities, vendors and clients to process service requests, schedules and invoices based on client operating procedure (COP)
- Be responsive to coordinator, facility and client inquiries regarding schedules and related issues
- Input and update service-related data in real-time in internal and client data management systems
- Timely delivery of services by processing requests quickly and scheduling within client due dates
- Ensure profitability of region by meeting key performance indicators related to auditors/consultants' usage rates, expenses, and local sales, among others
**Qualifications**
- Relevant educational background (Administration, International Relations, Engineering etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking)
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking and results driven
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Good command of English & Spanish both oral and written
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to provide customer service excellence
