**Job Title**: Coordinator for Data Standardization and Unification
**General Objective**:
Support the implementation of standardization and unification projects related to labels and part numbers across business units and manufacturing plants. This includes gathering, analyzing, and coordinating activities with the involved areas to ensure compliance with established requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Label Standardization**:
- Collect and organize information about labels used in both manufacturing plants (C1 and C2).
- Analyze and review existing designs, proposing standardization where feasible.
- Coordinate local and external reviews with Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to define standards based on usage levels.
- Ensure the implementation of approved changes, including obtaining necessary approvals from Product Management and customers.
**Part Number Unification**:
- Collaborate with the Information Systems (InfoSys) team to identify components with duplicate or similar Manufacturer Part Numbers (MPNs).
- Present unification proposals to the Engineering teams of the business units for approval or rejection.
- Coordinate changes to Bills of Materials (BOMs) based on the agreed unification decisions.
**Project Management**:
- Plan and follow up on activities necessary for implementing changes in both manufacturing plants.
- Ensure effective communication with involved areas and report project progress.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- English communication skills (spoken and written) are preferred
**Duration**: 1 Year (estimated duration based on project progress).
**Location**: Manufacturing Plants C1 and C2.
