- Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Performs all cost accounting functions for specific manufacturing sites as directed by the Director of Cost Accounting.
- Responsible for maintenance and accuracy of inventory standards, revaluation reporting, and adjustments.
- Coordinates and ensures that all significant production variances are properly analyzed and accounted for.
- Prepares monthly closing entries and schedules supporting the monthly operating and inventory statements.
- Addresses inventory discrepancies or variances and advises plant management.
- Coordinates quarterly slow moving and discrepant inventory analysis with sites.
- Reviews gross profits for trends and/or costing problems.
- Leads weekly reviews of key metrics with sites
- Liaises with AP to ensure accuracy of raw materials/subcontract portion of Accounts Payable and related Inventory transactions.
- Analyzes cycle count adjustments and highlights concerns
- Provides reports, schedules and other documents as required for external auditor's year-end inventory observation and other audit procedures.
- Supports forecasting and budgeting processes
- Ensures timely completion of responsibilities
- Prepares documentation of task procedures and update as necessary.
- Supports SOX compliance and ensure compliance with established internal controls.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Minimum Education: BS Accounting or Finance. Higher level degree or profession certification preferred
- Minimum Experience: Must have 3 to 5 years' experience in an accounting or finance role with a preference for experience within and ERP manufacturing environment.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Special Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Specialized Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of GAAP. Oracle 12R. Advanced Excel.
