Our customers choose Niagara® bottled water products based on high quality, affordable prices and exceptional service.**Description**The Cost Associate Manager position is responsible for monitoring, collecting, updating, analyzing, summarizing and evaluating cost related information. This position assists management decision making by continuous improvement of cost management processes and models to support margin analysis. Also is responsible for CAPEX control and accounting of Fixed Assets for the company and Gross Sales closing and reports.**Role Responsibilities and Scope**- Perform month-end closing activities related to Cost Accounting.- Prepare and post numerous accounting journal entries.- Prepare various ad-hoc analysis related to manufacturing and inventory as necessary to support financial decision-making.- Demonstrate a clear and adept understanding of the various functions within Oracle EBS.- Analyze raw material cost trends to determine impact on financials.- Prepare various cost analysis forms to support customer-driven requests.- Responsible of slow movers/obsolete inventory accruals monthly.- Demonstrate a clear and adept understanding of the various functions within Oracle EBS.- Monitor and assess inventory value and quantity on-hand daily to ensure accuracy for month-end.**Requirements and qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.- 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing cost accounting or a similar role.- Proficient in Excel; experience with Oracle is a plus.- Skilled in financial audits, cost analysis, and CAPEX management.- Proven experience in team management.- Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).- Willingness to travel- Fix Asset experience..**Competencies**- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Excellent attention to detail.- Proactive mindset.**We offer**:- Direct hire with Niagara Bottling.- Superior benefits
