Country Financial Controller

Role and ResponsabilitiesManage and lead the Finance organizationEnsure timely and proper all-lines reporting, including where required IMMEX, Customs, Tax, Pedimentos and otherManage Finance aspects of SAGE X3 ERPSupport General Manager in planning and budgeting process, annual budget preparation and month-to-month / day-to-day execution controlCollaborate across function on developing the operating budget. Oversee long-term strategic budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the monthly reporting and proactively manage cash flows in a leveraged environmentDevelop and provide timely and meaningful analyses and reporting to operational leadersEnsure proper treasury control and payment disciplineManage relations with the local banksManage the external auditors and tax consultantsProvide full scope financial support to the Group, incl. ad hoc reports, analysis and interpretation of various informationOversee other fiscal and regulatory arrangements of the companyEducation/ExperienceApplicants must be senior professionals with relevant experience in managerial role for not less than 5 yearsRelevant regional experience is requiredIMMEX experience is highly desirableERP / accounting system implementation / development project experience is a plusEntity setup experience is a plusAbility to work and influence at all levels in the organizationSkilled in examining, developing, re-engineering, and recommending financial policies and proceduresExcellent interpersonal skills honed in business partnering/advisory rolesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work flexibly and under own initiative to achieve objectives
