Business development and account management of the Mexico region, exploring high-potential areas for revenue generation (incl. IB Business). Maintaining and achieving personal targets provided by senior management. Manage, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve expected results and expand ourclient base. The monitoring of the staff communication with the client, improving that according to the strategy. Regular analysis and processing of key figures (CRM, BI, etc.) to measure success and initiate improvement measures. Analyse trends and competitor activities in the local market. Identifies and implements new systems and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the department. Collaboration with other departments (e.g., marketing) for better implementation of their measures Proofreading and taking responsibility for all materials in the local language during the implementation process. Communication of the companys culture and reinforcement of employees contribution to the company. Reports to the Head of Sales. You are best for this role if you:
University/College Degree or Professional/Industry qualification in the financial services / FinTech field. At least 3 years Importante empresa within the CFD/FX Industry in LATAM region with a proven track record in sales and business development. High degree of people management, professionalism, time management and organisational skills. Excellent business sense and the ability to take initiative. Customer orientation. Focus on the result.
