The Country Marketing Manager for Mexico is charged with elevating Grid Dynamics from a new player in the market into a brand known for helping companies and people grow their capabilities and thrive. Success in this role relies on strategic skills and the hands-on know-how to craft and activate campaigns and events and promote Grid Dynamics as a highly desirable place to work for top-level talent.This role is part of our global marketing team and aligns closely with support in strategy and execution, including best practices, frameworks, and knowledge sharing. It also plugs into our overall sales marketing efforts in Mexico.**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for Grid Dynamics' Marketing and Branding efforts in Mexico- Attract, hire and retain top talent for our Guadaljajara office in Mexico- Accountable for annual and quarterly plans tied to country goals & budgets- Develop, implement, and report on marketing campaigns, events, and other tactics- Work with local management to promote Grid Dynamics' value proposition.- Coordinate with local press to generate earned media stories about Grid Dynamics- Track our brand awareness and market share in Mexico.- Ideate, recommend, and execute out-of-the-box marketing ideas to accelerate the establishment of our brand in Mexico.- Promote Grid Dynamics as one of the best places to work.
