**The Creative Development (CD) team for a talent-driven global production company is looking for interested applicants to join their team! They are an award-winning mixed-media production company based out of Brooklyn with offices in Los Angeles, London, and Buenos Aires. They partner with major****ad agencies and brands to create stories that are worth sharing across the globe.****The Creative Development Associate oversees the competitive pitching process of commercial productions for the company before they are fully awarded by an agency or a client. This includes collaborating with the roster of directors, producers and artists to create visual and written materials, such as treatment documents/presentations, artwork, mood films, and pitch videos.****Responsabilities**Assist in the creation of all pitches. This includes:- Image and video research- Copyediting pitches- Treatment and design layout using Google Slides- Taking notes on creative calls between directors, producers, clients, and the team- Acting as a liaison of communication between the director(s), the producers and agency creatives- In addition to creative, pitch-related responsibilities, administrative**Responsibilities include**:- Managing assets (i.E. finished work) in our online library of company work- Managing a pitch budget allotted for each pitch- Scheduling calls and setting up channels of communication proactively- Managing freelance artists and CD Support freelancers whenever necessary- Updating and maintaining various databases with job and/or pitch related information- Assisting in the creation of reels and/or capabilities presentation(s) before the pitching phase begins**Qualifications**- Has Bachelor's of degree in Production, Film, Advertising, Communication, or any related field- 1 year experience in production and film making, also open to fresh graduates- Experience with Google Drive programs, especially Google Slides- Experience with Dropbox- Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite.
