We are seeking a motivated CRM Specialist to join our growing business.This role will manage key accounts across Mexico and Colombia, driving the performance of Apple products across sales channels.The successful candidate is proactive and passionate about the digital world and is able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.You will negotiate, plan, and implement base management projects with eCommerce, Carriers, Premium, and Omnichannel Retailers.In addition, you will partner with local sales, digital programs, and marketing teams to align on the best CRM strategy to maximize Apple's opportunities on partners' platforms.Key Qualifications :Manage key accounts with CRM strategy to negotiate, plan, and execute base management projects.
