If you want to work for a company that lives by their values, then give your career a reason to smile...Every single day.Success in this role requires not only expertise in data and analytics skills but also in Programmatic Digital Media Buying and CRM (Consumer Relationship Management), strong communication skills, initiative and demonstrated experience in working with cross functional teams.**What you will do**- Support high-impact initiatives to accelerate the digital transformation towards a more data driven organization- Develop CRM data activation frameworks, roadmaps and guidelines from a portfolio perspective.- Work closely with subsidiary teams to give appropriate advice for brand level CRM plans.- Collaborate in CRM projects, audience creation and programmatic buying initiatives.- Support audience insights from various 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data sets to drive CP vision for digital targeting, content development/personalization, and media recommendations- Work with agencies to optimize reporting processes- Lead monthly ingestion into divisional top level reporting from teams, validation of data and maintenance of visualization tools- Help implement measurement and data visualization initiatives- Work closely with external vendors to ensure the implementation and configuration of tools for data gathering, accurate analytics and dashboards.- Ensure that new external digital platforms and campaigns includes the required implementation for data gathering and reporting- Interface with cross functional teams at Colgate, agency partners and tech vendors to ensure data is collected and stored as needed, following global guidelines- Identify trends and behavior in website traffic, customer reviews/ratings, social sentiment and media performance for analysis and action together with the specialists
