Job Requirements

Role Purpose
Chubb is looking for a talented leader in conversion rate optimization of ecommerce and demand generation programs.
She/he will oversee data analysis and optimization efforts of regional digital programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain traffic and sales reports.
- Perform on-going analysis of site traffic and sales funnels by channel.
- Independently performs complex analyses (ability to gather data and combine from multiple sources) to identify opportunities and actionable recommendations.
- Consolidate large amount of information into cohesive, accurate and clear presentations.
- Support CRO team with testing, monitoring and documentation of AB tests and preparing and delivering competitive analysis
- Work closely with CRO team and ecommerces' scrum teams on content generation to help improve customer engagement and organic traffic.
- Ability to clearly communicate testing strategies with web designers, developers, and clearly present results to business leaders.
Work Experience

**Requirements**:
- Strong desire to learn and passion to develop a career in digital marketing.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Marketing Psychology or related fields.
- Strong analytical and communicational skills.
- Ability to manage his/her own work independently and in collaboration with distributed teams.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and resolve problems.
- Proficient in MS Applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
