The Customer Account Specialist relies on experience and judgment to productively serve the customer and be a cross-functional business partner to Sales, Inventory, and Accounting teams.*This position requires being onsite Mon - Fri at our office in Guadalajara, Mexico.Responsibilities & Requirements:Enter and maintain orders and quotes.Respond to Customer Service calls.Enter sample requests.Check the status of items on backorder through the system.Contact customers with the status of backorders.Process MSDS, literature, and other customer requests.Oversee and update special pricing in the system.Enter and track all repair and rental orders.Expedite orders as requested.Enter new customer data in the computer system.Work with other departments to assist in generating the best customer experience.Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to each request in a timely and courteous manner.Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional business relationships.Present a positive image of Krayden, Inc. by maintaining procedures.Perform other duties as assigned related to Customer Service.Perform duties to AS/ISO procedures and regulation standards/specifications.Qualifications:High School degree required.1+ year Customer Service experience in a high call and email environment; Distribution or Manufacturing experience a plus.Strong PC and computer software experience including Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, and CRM.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Exceptional listening and probing skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.***This job description is intended to be a general description of the duties and responsibilities of this position.
