The Customer Business support team member will work with the Services Sales teams to ensure a harmonized approach across the quote to contract process for the benefit of our customers.Scope:SAP is looking for a resource to join the Customer Business Support (CBS) team as a Business Support Associate to support and advise SAP Services Sales across the LAC region. The CBS team member will have responsibilities to process and/or develop consulting opportunities in existing SAP Services deals using SAP tools and processes.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to revenue growth and profitability by processing profitable services sales deals in existing customers and achieving business targets.Responsible for end-to-end deal process execution related to customer services opportunities.Work with a cross-functional team processing relevant functions from portfolio and supporting sales, presales, delivery operations, Legal, and sales operations.Act as a key touchpoint with internal finance groups to ensure compliance, data clarity, contract and revenue safeguarding.Support the overall relationship between the customer, the partners, and SAP to ensure all opportunities are maximized and sales bids are successful.Seek continuous improvement to simplify processes.Process customer service requests for selling services small deals and complete the required paperwork.We win with inclusionSAP's culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone feels included and can run at their best.
