RIA is a worldwide leader in remittances and is a recognized benchmark in both the quality and reliability of its public service.We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Expert to join our dedicated team, such an expert must be polite, and professional to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services.Our Customer Care Expert may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each customer. Our Customer Care Expert will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response. Aligning to our organizational culture, values, and policies.The main goal of the Customer Care Expert is, to provide an excellent experience to our customers.Your main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:- Reviewing and correcting data of incorrectly processed transactions;- Collaborating with accounting department to reconcile and balance the refunds of cancelled transactions.- We will require you to have a minimum education of completed high school or college. We will also look for:- Good knowledge of MS Office and Internet Explorer;- At least one year´s work experience in customer services or a call center position;- An additional language;- Strong customer orientation skills;- Excellent communications skills (both oral and written);- Attention to detail;- Good teamworking approach; and- Ability to work flexible schedules.Benefits: Our package includes Competitive monthly salary $17,500 gross for a medium level of English. 5% food vouchers. 30 days bonus. 15 days of initial vacation. life insurance.
