You will both adapt global strategies and come up with market-specific proposals to boost results taking into account the local scenario and product fit. This implies excellent coordination of tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders.Research and collect customer data, including interviews, to have a better understanding of our target audience in the German Market.Maintain excellent communication with other market-based teams — Account Managers, Product Marketing or Demand Generation, among others — to research valuable information and give visibility to the team's projects.Actively participate in proposing opportunities for the team and constructing our roadmap.Are an all-round marketing specialist who is open to lead all sorts of initiatives and channels — webinars, email marketing, brand campaigns, events…Pro at defining email marketing strategies and creating the necessary content in email marketing tools — knowing your way around HubSpot is a big plus!Are a planning mastermind and can independently plan campaigns end-to-end, defining KPIs and measuring results.Are happy to roll up your sleeves.
