Customer Project Leader

Project leader to manage 3~5 project (medium & complex level) with an average budget of $3 million USD.
Organize the project from the RFQ stage, understand the scope from process and product point of view to estimate the cost and lead time of the equipment.
Develop a detail plan including all disciplines to manage the project progress in term of quality, lead time & cost.
Prepare the report to communicate the status of the project to the stakeholders based on the communication plan.
Track, follow up and update the project schedule accordantly to the project needs.
Manage the risk and develop strategies to mitigate them and keep the project on time/budget.
Control and record the project scope change and update the overall schedule and/or estimate the additional costs.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree: Mechatronic, Automation, Electronic, Electrical engineer
+5 years' experience in project management.
Speaking and writing English (Business level).
Leadership, negotiation, communication, risk management.
PMP/Agile methodology knowledge.
Lean manufacturing knowledge.
Mechanical, electrical and pneumatic diagram reading skill.
MS Project, Smart Sheet
