**Customer Quality Engineer**

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Customer Quality Engineer**, based in **Apodaca, Nuevo León**. (E-Systems Division).
As APQP Customer Quality Engineer you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Quality Customer Service Coordinator.
**Your Task will be**:
- Customer complaints and guarantees handling.
- Coordinate the team to respond to customers.
- Keep customer portals updated. - Present customer actions and status on a regular basis.
- Ensure the correct generation and use of poka yokes.
- Manage core tools.
- Track returned parts and guarantees.
- Knowledge of PPMS and IPPMs.
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or any related field.
- 2 years of experience in the position of customer quality engineer in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge in electronic assembly.
- Knowledge of automotive customer portals.
- Experience with T1 clients
- 2 years desirable.
- English proficient.
- Knowledge in IPC 610.
