- Coordinate and follow up on action plans defined during meetings with clients.
- Coordinate customer visits to the company sites in terms of quality.
- Coordinate and monitor the action plan generated following the Client audit, particularly during the management review.
- Ensuring the relevance of 8Ds, and effective internal/external communication. - Present quality commitments during RFQ presentations to the various customers - Monitor the progress of a product or process development or modification - Actively participate in monthly review with the client
Experiência y requisitos
**Knowledge and Technical Skills required for the position**
- Knowledge of electronics
- English level: advanced
- Experience in a quality position with ideally the management of the customer interface.
- Mastery and referent on customer repositories: APQP, PPAP phase, etc.
- Mastery of quality tools (FMEA, 8D monitoring plan, 5 whys,...)
- Proficiency in office software
