Customer Quality Engineer

**Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team the activities derived from external and internal customer complaints, lead activities related to increasing external and internal customer satisfaction.
Develop and monitor the progress of 8D's committed to the client until the closure of the complaints and the generation of the lesson learned.
Maintain efficient communication with all areas involved in solving problems involved in customer claims.
