The product line alone serves as proof with advances in machine performance, equipment automation, fleet management, and John Deere's ongoing investment in emerging markets.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Customer Quality Engineers will serve as the primary quality contact for factory and customer related quality issues. Using data each engineer will be a coach, mentor, and advisor to the consuming factories of tech stack hardware as well as a catalyst for corrective action effectiveness and efficiency.
- QIT facilitator & leader with assigned consuming factories.
- Be the "voice" of the customer (factories, dealers, consumers) back to ISG and ISG factories.
- Build comprehensive quality to quality relationships quality resources at partner factories and design centers.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with ISG design quality & continuous improvement teams to translate customer quality concerns.
- Warranty claim coding for ISG factory products (unless supported by ISG CI Engineering)
- Report JDSN and AE metrics such as QPPM, Impact Points, QBIC position, etc.
- Serve as primary investigators for major/critical corrective actions for line/field events for assigned factories.

- Quality Tools (6 sigma, lean, problem solving).
- Highly effective communication.
- Strong documentation.
- Effective organization.

**What Makes You Stand Out**:

- Strong understanding of JDSN and Achieving Excellence and associated processes.
- Understanding of Deere warranty systems and metrics.
- Cross-cultural communication.

**Education**:

- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
