**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Communication Management**: Respond to customer inquiries, forward requests to the appropriate team members, and assist in resolving minor issues.
- ** Administrative Duties**: Assist with document management, data entry, and general office support, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- ** Scheduling**: Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and other activities for the management team.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Assist with routine troubleshooting for customer inquiries and escalate more complex issues as necessary.
- ** Record Keeping**: Maintain and update customer records, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.

Experiência y requisitos

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
