Customer Service Coordinator (Night - Maintenance)

**Company**: SMD Capital Group**Salary**: $5.00-$7.50/hour USD**Company Description**:**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Diagnosing and triaging work orders to vendors or in-house teams.- Scheduling maintenance with contractors (electrician, plumber, handyman, roofer) and coordinating tenant visits.- Recording and auditing contractor invoices, ensuring accurate financial records.- Informing clients of repair completion, including photos and tenant feedback.- Centralizing maintenance calls and training tenants on effective issue reporting.- Implementing contractor scheduling on designated days for cost-effectiveness.**Skills**:- Phone contact handling skills and active listening.- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.- Fluent English & Excellent communication skills.- Self-starter, willing to ask questions, organized, collaborative.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's (required).- Customer Service: 1 year (required).- Advanced English (required).**Technology**:- Google Suits, DocuSign, Buildium, Tenant Turner, Lead simple, Ninety, Instagram, Ring Central.**Physical Setting**:Remote.**Schedule**: Monday - Friday 2 am- 8 am EST.Pay: $13,360.00 - $20,040.00 per month**Language**:- Advanced English (fully proficient) (required)Work Location: Remote
