**Customer Service / Customer Care Manager**We are a moving company and we are looking for organized, resourceful, well-spoken Customer Care Manager.You must have excellent communication skills including written and verbal skills with good grammar. You should be able to listen to clients complaints with sympathy, investigate the issue, come up with possible solutions in line with algorithms provided. You also should be able to negotiate solutions and explain situations to client, as well as manage your time and prioritize your tasks. We are looking for friendly, responsible professionals to grow along with our family-owned company.**Previous customer service experience is required, experience in moving industry is a plus.**- Provide customer service by listening to issues, making notes, investigating, finding and offering solutions; - Perform reservations confirmation calls (possibly); - Perform after the moveQuality Assurance calls; - Record all communication with clients and follow-ups into the system; - Report to the manager daily plus challenges and potential issues; - Other related responsibilities may be assigned; - Additional daily task: checking listings for marketing materials postage.**Job Requirements**:- Self-motivated, energetic, organized, trainable and reliable; - Ability to follow instructions while following your own critical thinking when needed; - Ability to independently investigate, ask client clarifying questions, explain situation and negotiate solution; - Ability to sense critical situations and complaints and act accordingly; comfort and calm the client; - Fluent English speaker;- Tech savvy; - Previous customer service experience is required; - This is 100% remote position - quite work place without distractions during all work hours will be needed; - Reliable high-speed internet, reliable cell phone and fast laptop/computer; - Projected work hours are M-F 8 AM - 6 PM Pacific Time, with 1,5 hour lunch.
