Customer Service Intern

Provides general support to the activities of the department, as well as the generation of reports of CS, OTD, Credit Hold template, Exceptions, among others. Direct support to the project of a new production line.
- General support to the activities of the department.
- Generation and/or review of OTD, Credit Hold, DLQ, NOTD, Pull ins, etc. reports.
- Review of improvements to make reports more efficient.
- Tracking the status of orders with the different teams (planning, quality, shipments).
- Direct support to the project of a new production line.
- Order processing and tracking.
- Applies the policies and procedures of the Quality Systems, Environmental Management System, Occupational Health and Hygiene and Safety Management System and any other system that the company requires for its operation.
