Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Customer Service Lead at Integrated 3PL in the San Diego Metropolitan Area or Tijuana Baja California area.The Customer Service Lead is our founding member for customer support.Tasked with overseeing daily customer support and operational support tasks, high customer satisfaction levels, and effective phone/written etiquette.Responsibilities include resolving customer service tickets and working cross-functionally with all departments to elevate the customer journey pre and post-sale. (It is not a call center)QualificationsCustomer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Phone/Email Etiquette skillsExperience in Customer Service and Customer Experience enhancementStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to prioritize to resolve customer concerns and multitask effectivelyAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of CRM systems and WMS systemsA background in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain management is a plusValid passport and VISAEducation/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldEnglish fluency requiredStrong Excel, Word, and solution-driven presentations required; QBR experience a plusPrevious customer service or call center experience requiredCTPAT understandingWork environment: both office and on-the-floor operations, with flexibility to delve into different departments/offices within the group as required.Tijuana Baja California Resident.Job Type: Full-timeWork Shift:DaytimeApplication Questions:Do you have a valid USA VISA and Passport?Language:Advanced English (Preferred)Work Location: On-site#J-18808-Ljbffr
