Experiência y requisitos
- Minimum 3-4 year experience in customer service, manufacturing or related field. - 2-3 years experience in Customer Service Position. in a Medical Industry - Intermediate computer skills, or ability to quickly advance to this level of expertise - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to details and excellent organization skills
- Positive attitude, empathetic, Patient, self control & active listening
- Dependable & responsible - Available to travel if needed to customers or other Parker locations - Bi-Lingual.
- Ability to follow process & procedures
