Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Contract: Permanent, Full Time, 48 Hrs. per Week

Right now, we are seeking a Customer Services Representative to join a brand-new global team within Customer Services, you will be helping to support our online courses and work closely with our Cambridge Online Education team where you will provide an efficient and high-quality service to our global customers.

**About the role**

In this exciting and newly established role, you will own, investigate, and resolve customer queries within agreed timescales, whilst maintaining the highest standard of procedural, auditor and regulatory requirements.

You will be a vital voice of the customer, contributing to changes and developments in the customer experience.

You will be responsible for accepting orders and investigating queries across hundreds of customers which range from individual students to large distributors, societies, members, or agents.
- There is a wide range of product and system complexities, so you will be dedicated to supporting our customers and internal contacts.

The typical working pattern is Mon - Thurs 9am - 6pm & Friday 9am - 4pm.

**About you
**You will be efficient and self-motivated, and able to provide excellent service to our customers and internal contacts globally.

You will be experienced in dealing with customers at all levels, remaining approachable in a pressured environment. We will also require you to be proficient in English due to our customer base.
