Job Description:
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
Coordinate and control all the different activities involved with the export process for the sale of materials in maritime, land, and air shipments.
Manage purchase orders, shortages, transfer prices, billing, shipping dates, preparation, control, and shipment of documents, and coordinate the procedure to determine tariff fractions and certificates of origin.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the process- Coordinate shipments, so that they leave on the required date and do not generate any additional delay that may have an impact on customers, and the cost of boarding.- High sense of urgency, customer, and results orientation- Good interpersonal relationships and teamwork-
- Negotiations with customers regarding quantities and delivery times, reviews, and follow-up to emergencies.- Develops preventive actions for deviations to the quality system and applies solutions when these deviations occur.- Maintains the operation (Customer Service) in an adequate manner in everything related to control, issuance, and billing file
**Qualifications**:
- University degree
Language skills:
- Local language, good knowledge of English (oral and written) to follow guidance and projects
Computer knowledge:
- Proficient in Word and Excel. Good knowledge of SAP.
**Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal skills- Good written and verbal communication skills- Active listening skills- Experience o Min 2 years experience in a customer-oriented position.
