Position Responsibilities Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat.Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.Become a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
