_Grundfos is seeking an experienced CSSC Front Line Representative to join its CSSC Industry LATAM team. The CSSC Front Line Representative will contribute to a thriving sales team whilst delivering world class customer services through various Customer channels i.e. telephone, E-mail, live chat, instant messaging etc._
**What is the job about?**
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Create and monitor tickets such as RFI, RFQ, and OEW for processing and forwarding to the back office.
- Generate processed offers based on customer requirements and track them according to sales guidelines.
- Ensure customer interactions are in compliance with set SLAs.
- Maintain customer contact data in SAP CRM system and identify business opportunities for external sales.
- Enter and mantain manual and electronic orders accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve missing information for orders at the time of entry, or liaise with stakeholders to do so.
- Handle customer order changes and assist with supply chain issues while providing up-to-date order and delivery statuses.
- Address customer complaints and requests for product returns while promoting digital tools.
**Your background**
We imagine that you have:
- Vocational certificate, Associate's or bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Additionally, have a minimum of 1 year of previous experience within Customer Services.
- Relevant administrative experience, organizational skills & accountability with the Customer
- Demonstrate working knowledge SAP (CRM/SD).
- Fundamental Product and Application Knowledge - Interpret type keys, identify pumps vs spare parts, kits vs motors, identify where product is built (not essential).
- Good communication and networking skills together with the ability to build positive and trusting relationships with both Internal and External Stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English
