Customer Service Representative

EDUCATION- Bachelor's degree (Administrative, International Trade or related)EXPERIENCE & SKILSS- Minimum 3 years in a customer care environment or similar- Must have excellent people skills due to interfacing with all levels of associates- Ability to work as part of a remote team- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Suite- Must have excellent oral and written English skills- Experience working in a technical or engineering industry- Working knowledge of AS400 is a plus- Experience with CRM (Oracle, SalesForce, etc.) a plusRESPONSABILITIES- Coordinate Order Management process to ensure sales realization- Receive orders and review for completeness before entering into system (AS400 or other ERP)- Provide written quotes to customers, as applicable- Follow-up with customer inquiries on order status- Follow-up with customer on problem resolution- Follow-up and expedite outstanding orders- Support customer with redirecting inquiries, as applicable- Process credits for orders- Other tasks as assigned
