Responsibilities include maintaining databases, making recommendations to management to prevent problems, and collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities. Additionally, the person in this role updates procedures to improve Customer Service processes and handles complex inquiries, performs follow-ups, maintains documentation, and resolves customer issues according to established procedures, occasionally referring inquiries to other departments.Key Responsibilities:As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:Setting contact and coordinating with the planning and production teams, as well as the release of orders.Reviewing inventories.Reviewing shipment status.Transferring models, shipments, and runs.Maintaining accurate and timely communication with clients/customers.RequirementsWe are looking for people who have Customer Service Representative experience.
