Bilingual Agent

**Job Offer**:
Direct hiring.

**Schedules**: EVENING/NIGHT shifts available with 2 days off a week.

**Base salary**: from $12,500 MXN (before taxes) during the first 3 months + $1,400 in food coupons + Law Benefits.

**After the 3rd month base salary**: $13,900 MXN + $1,400 in food coupons + Law benefits + $2,000 in bonus + Life insurance + Major medical expenses insurance and Saving fund.

**Work Zone**: Queretaro
- On site operations. Possible Home Office after the 3rd month of operations.

**Roles**:
Handle different activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.

Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.

Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI's.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or High School degree

Excellent communication skills

Customer service oriented.

Advanced English (written and spoken level).

Experience in Customer Service / Contact Center / or related is a plus.
