Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**- Acting as an interface between internal and external customers, and all respective Planning Logistics staff atplant.- Responsible to ensure customer requirements are well understood and followed, and to communicate,and negotiate with customers regarding operational objectives and/or constraints- Ensuring one face to the customer, since customer demand is received within plant until final product is deliveredto customer facilities- Improving delivery service level constantly while optimizing logistics costs.- Processing complex external and internal customer orders through the whole process chain, as well asmonitoring Kanban control loops to the customer, or controlling consignment movements- Supporting to ensure complex customer orders to be delivered to the customer, by setting daily, weeklyand monthly priorities for production planning in cooperation with internal positions impacting theproduction plan.
