As our Customer Service Specialist who will be responsible for receiving and processing elevator or equipment/component delivery inquiries and orders from KONE Frontline (FL) units. You will enable complete, correct and punctual deliveries of products and solutions to FL units as requested. Also, you will manage the interface with all key stakeholders during the delivery project. The Customer Service Specialist operates under the Customer Service Managers' supervision.
What you will need to be successful? Minimum education: High school education completed or truncated bachelor´s degreeAt least 2 years in Customer Service handling customer complains Excellent customer service skills. Good knowledge of Excell (pivot tables) and SAP. Proficient in English.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Analytical, efficient, and thorough.
