They are rapidly growing, and they are currently lookir a CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST. In this role youll work directly with customers over chat, helping them directly with issues they are experiencing with the product or inctionality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering customers' inquiries via Chat and providing the right information.

Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible, and ensuring that customeel supported and valued.
Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry customers, as needed.

Communicate with other departments to answer customers inquiries, solve their problems alfill their needs.

Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
