Descripción y detalle de las actividadesExperiência y requisitosQualifications/Conocimientos y habilidades: High school diploma or equivalent. 2-3 years of experience in a related field. Bilingual in English and Spanish, with 90% spoken and 95% written proficiency. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience and proficiency in basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office. Demonstrate the ability to manage customer requests and expectations, understanding their needs and concerns thoroughly Experience working with standardized processes with mínimal supervision. Problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability to positively impact the customer experience. Time management skills, able to prioritize responsibilities based on importance and follow-up promptly. Builds relationships and collaborates with other departments, working as a team and willing to share work knowledge. Open to coaching and constructive feedback. Responsibilities and Authority / Responsabilidades y Autoridades: Process purchase orders accurately and timely according to standardized work procedures, using SAP and a support platform. Review all incoming orders, ensuring compliance with special instructions such as previously agreed-upon special prices, quotations, etc. Collaborate with customers to resolve any discrepancies between the purchase order and our operating system. Assign appropriate blocks to orders that are being questioned or clarified with the customer and provide clear notes on the clarification being made. Follow up daily on clarified orders for timely release. Willingness to take on additional tasks (such as new processes and/or responsibilities). Process customer complaints through our CRM system.
