Job Description: Provide administration and day-to-day hands-on support to the order entry and customer service team, with functional responsibilities, which includes, among others, the processing of eBusiness trade orders in the systems used by the company and the client.

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Effective management, leadership, and training skills.
- A problem solver capable of multitasking in a fast-paced team environment
- A leader willing to take the initiative and lead the team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
