Objective; Based on specialized technical knowledge of the company's products (Good and/or services) acts as the customer's contact regarding billing, warranty services, Product specifications as well as schedule shipping and shipping information.Main Functions; 1: Handle al inquiries from customers performing extensice research and/or coordinating with other departments, as required to obtain solutions.2: May coordinate product returns for exchange or rework.3: Formulates the required report and prepares General correspondence.4: Meets the established Procedures and the policies of the Organization.Level of English:Advance.
