**TaxDome** is a product team with a strong culture. We build a SaaS platform - an all-in-one tool that helps our clients develop their businesses around the world.
Our platform allows small and medium-sized businesses dealing with taxes, finance and accounting, to automate workflows. Using our platform, companies can manage internal tasks, as well as communicate with their customers, exchanging messages and documents, invoicing and accepting payments.
At TaxDome we are looking for Tech support / Customer Service Representative who are fluent in English and other languages such as French, Spanish, etc. If you want to join our team please upload a one minute Loom video where you describe your experience and why you think you would be a good fit job. **Compensation**:16800$/annual We offer a competitive bonus structure that rewards exceptional performance tied to revenue milestones. As you meet and exceed predetermined revenue targets, you will earn a bonus in addition to your base salary. This incentivized bonus structure provides a unique opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on your sales achievements.
**Work format**:9 hrs/shift with 1 hour break, Eastern Standard Time (EST)
**Responsibilities**:
- Dispatching tickets to various functional customers teams;
- Ongoing learning and staying up-to-date on all relevant products and technologies;
- Providing phone support for end customers;
- Focus on Supporting Managed Service customers using clients Cloud Security (we provide training on that);
- Proactively identify issues that may affect customers and escalate them for resolution.
**Requirements**:
- Must be fluent in English
- any other language will be a plus
- Experience in a Customer Service environment or an international business setting is a plus!
- Willing to accept new challenges
- This position requires your own equipment (PC or laptop, web camera, etc.)

Pay: $370,000.00 - $410,000.00 per year
