.**Vacante para la empresa Necodex en Hermosillo, Sonora**:**Location**: Hermosillo, Sonora (Hybrid)**Experience**: 2-3 years in Customer Success or similar roles**Language Skills**: Bilingual (English and Spanish)**Position Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- **Client Relationship Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering positive relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.- ** Customer Engagement**: Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions to enhance their experience.- ** Account Management**: Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.- ** Bilingual Communication**: Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with our diverse client base.- ** Attention to Detail**: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback within the CRM system to ensure accuracy and consistency.- ** Issue Resolution**: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or challenges promptly and effectively.- ** Client Advocacy**: Advocate for clients' needs and feedback within the organization to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our products and services.- ** Client Training and Onboarding**: Assist clients with onboarding processes and provide training and support on our products or services as needed.- ** Drive revenue growth**:Shifting your mindset from company-centered (focused on marketing and selling) to customer-centered (supporting the customers' buying process)- ** Retention and Renewal**:Work proactively to retain clients and secure contract renewals, Identification of up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, in addition to negotiating renewal terms, Act as the primary point of contact for any issues or challenges faced by customers.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, systems engineering.- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles.- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage client relationships and track interactions.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish, with a customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to help others.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.**Why Join Us**:- Opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team in a collaborative and supportive environment
