We're looking for our next Customer Support Associate for our Automotive division. Here, we create effective partnerships with manufacturers to help them bring solutions to automobiles around the world.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to both the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements.
- Responsible for handling more complex discrepancies, interfacing directly with customers, recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal sales team staff.
- Responsible for the Order to Invoice Process.
- Support sales team with direct customer contact within Planned Demand and Quality assurance processes.
- Assist Inside Sales with overall Quote to Order objectives.
- Work closely with Asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues in a timely manner.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Typically requires a 4-year degree and 1 year of experience in customer support, B2B preferred.
- Must be familiarized with ERP systems - Oracle is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience supporting sales efforts.
- Communication skills teamwork-oriented.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.

**Work Arrangement**:

- Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate**:
$15,275.00 - $22,000.00 MXN Monthly
