The Customer Support Representative is a pivotal role within the BGA Contracts & Services team. The selected candidate will be the focal point for MSP (Maintenance Service Plan) contract entry and integrity in our business systems.
Key responsibilities Enter contracts for MSP, supporting new aircraft enrollments, contract transfers, and renewals.Provide support for the Sales, Contracts, and Customer Accounts teams.Execute all tasks with a high degree of accuracy.Develop proficiency in SAP and related systems including the MyAerospace portal.Support a global customer base while prioritizing critical issues to ensure customer requirements are met on time.Manage workflow with minimum supervision while displaying patience, sound judgment, and professionalism under pressure.Responsible for maintaining metrics relating to workload and revenue-generating activities.Display strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Other responsibilities Support AAM Aftermarket contracts for HAPP and MPP programs.Collaborate effectively with internal Honeywell resources to provide solutions.Respond to customized contract requests expedited and/or preferential.Actively participate in team meetings, process improvement teams, and other activities as assigned.Key success measurements Customer satisfaction; order accuracy; effective problem resolution and effectiveness of communication with internal and external customers.YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's Degree in business, customer service, operations, or related fieldExperience in the Aerospace industry is strongly preferredDemonstrate flexibility and resilience, including the ability to influence others in a time-sensitive and demanding environmentAbility to make sound business decisions and take quick actions to executeExceptional verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively with multiple Honeywell entities by developing and maintaining effective relationshipsExcellent time management and organization skillsWorking knowledge of export requirements and/or government regulations is a plusAbility to effectively handle a wide range of customers' needs and requirements with care and professionalism at all timesKnowledge of basic financial principles, SalesForce.com, & SAP background is a plusDemonstrated ability to work in a changing environment is strongly preferredGreat grasp and passion for customer service
