Customs Analyst

Responsible for ensuring efficient product flow across borders and compliance with customs and trade regulations.- Stay updated on Mx & USA customs regulations, and international trade practices to ensure compliance to import and export requirements, communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.- Collaborate with internal and external teams, stakeholders, customs brokers, to support timely movement of goods across borders.- Review and validate import/export documentation for accuracy and compliance with foreign trade regulations and agreements.- Interact with foreign trade company software: Inventory control systems, record keeping, assets management, compliance.- Monitor and track import/export shipments to ensure compliance with delivery schedules and resolve any customs and FDA related issues or delays.- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to government authorities, such as customs declarations, statistical reports, and trade compliance records.- Conduct periodic audits and assessments of import/export processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.- Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding import/export regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements.- Adaptability and ability to the role, environment, company changes, maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in your job performance.Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
